Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Sanctioned Countries
Smart Ezone will not provide services to individuals or entities from OFAC-sanctioned countries or those involved in illegal activities as designated by OFAC.
User Representations

1.1. All payments made to Smart Ezone Corporate Services Provider LLC (“Smart Ezone”) must be in the designated currency as per the invoice provided.
1.2. Payments for services are to be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
1.3. Online payments can be made through the Network International portal on Smart Ezone’s website. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and debit cards.
1.4. All transactions will be processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure the protection of your financial data.
2. Professional Fees
2.1. Professional fees paid to Smart Ezone are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing at the time of engagement.
2.2. The client understands and agrees that all fees paid for professional services are final and cannot be refunded once the service has been initiated.
3. Government Authority Registration
3.1. If a client’s registration process is rejected by the relevant government authority, the refund policy of that particular government authority will apply.
3.2. Smart Ezone is not liable for any rejection, delay, or additional requirements imposed by the government authority.
3.3. The client agrees to bear all legal and administrative costs associated with any government authority’s rejection or subsequent actions required.
4. Legal Matters
4.1. Smart Ezone does not hold any responsibility for legal rejections or complications resulting from the actions of any governmental or regulatory authority.
4.2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Smart Ezone harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the rejection or delay of services by government authorities.
5. Acceptance of Terms
5.1. By using Smart Ezone’s services, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.
5.2. The client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
